  • 1964 - Skatz is born in County Durham, England
  • 1971 - first piano lessons
  • 1974 - first guitar bought
  • 1977 - first appearance onstage in ‘The King & I’
  • 1981 - leading role in school production of ‘Joseph & the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat’
  • 1981 - first rock band concerts
  • 1983/84 - chosen to be on the prestigious Cheshire Drama Course
  • 1983-1986 - studying Performing Arts (specialising in Drama) at Leicester Polytechnic (now De Montfort University)

  • 1986/87 - appearances with Ad Nauseum at Edinburgh Fringe Festival (including a show with Rowan Atkinson)

  • 2011 - touring with Bamboozle Theatre Company's new production 'Crazy Hair' in Special Schools, and also the PMLD-specific 'Soap & Suds'

  • 2011 - Applied and was accepted for Arts Council funding for the play Daniel Lambert's Trousers
  • 2011 - went to Malta with Bamboozle for a week-long festival of children's theatre
